Off To Indy
Last September, my almost 13 year old son got me up at 6am so we could get to the racetrack early enough to see the Capaldi mustangs race at the Indy 500 track. You know it's serious when your almost teenager is willing to forgo sleep.
I found my way to Capaldi Racing when a client and friend of mine asked if MMB Imagery would sponsor his B-Spec car. Imagine my delight to have my logo circling the track. I loved every minute of it, and my son, Logan, loved it even more than I did.
All day long cars raced around the track. Conversations paused because of the sounds of engines as cars raced past. As the cars cleared the straight away and worked their way back around, you could hear again and conversations picked up where they left off.
By lunchtime I resorted to earplugs. Logan couldn't imaging blocking out the sounds of all of those sweet engines. (His words not mine. Well, maybe he called them sick engines. But I digress.)
